I have been using Wayne Garland's Sleep Aid products for 22 years. I think the Good Night used to have a different name, but it's pretty much the same product. I used to have trouble getting to sleep. His products work for this. Now I am at the stage of life where I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. His products work for this too. Anytime I take Goodnight I know that I will get a great 8 hours of sleep. I make sure to bring it with me when I travel because crossing time zones can be tough, but with Goodnight, I still sleep well.

This helps me fall asleep and get quality sleep as well.
