I am one of those that wake up easily at any disturbance and then can't get back to sleep. Then when I have to get up I can't. Every night I take Good Night and have a Great Night of sleep. I am able to wake up easier in the morning too.

I have been taking this product for about a month now and I have definitely been getting a much higher quality, sounder sleep which I definitely need. I also know that I am burning fat while I sleep. I am so glad that Wayne sells this product for there is really nothing like it on the market. I have tried so many sleep aid products but this is by far the best! I am an RN and recently started working 3rd shift.
