I have been taking Vitamin D3 along with Thyroid Energy since I received my order in early November. Recently I missed a day of taking both the Vitamin D3 and Thyroid Energy and was completely incapacitated - I couldn’t get out of bed until 10am and I normally am up at 7am! Not sure if it was the Thyroid Energy or the D3; however I believe taking both of these supplements together is very important, I will not miss taking them again, thanks Wayne!
