I really like the big bottle of Life Transfusions, (or the Spa size.) It should last a long time, and is quite a bit cheaper in the long run than buying the smaller bottles separate. Minerals are good for your over all body, especially when it comes in the liquid form. I do wish the cap was like the regular size where you could flip it open for a 1/2 of teaspoon in your smoothie or to screw it off if you want to. (not a big deal though)
