L-Carnitine-K #1, taste so very good! I go to the high school I graduated from and walk 6 laps around the track as a part of my workout sessions. I notice a difference in my level of endurance when I have consumed the recommended dosage of L-Carnitine-K. Additionally, my clothes are fitting nicer and I am liking the results I am seeing since I have been enjoying the servings. I will definitely be ordering more!
