My cholesterol was higher than I wanted but I do not trust staten drugs. I purchased Dr Garland's book "How to Lower Cholesterol" for natural guidance. It is so informative and I am following the program along with Cholesteine. I feel so much better!!!! Can't wait to get levels checked again in 6 months.
