I have to say I was skeptical, however, I love Wayne Garland's products, I believe in him and what he does. This product works, I can go hours without eating and not get hungry. No snacking anymore.

At first I was a little skeptical about this product. Heard so many different stories. I've been taking it for 5 days now and cannot believe how much it's curbed my appetite. I'm down 4lbs in the first 5 days.
