I am not a big fan of working out. I do have a physical life on our alpaca farm. I take the recommended dosage and I find my physical work is easier. Funny thing is the bottle has been emptying out faster then I have been consuming when I came to realize my husband is taking it as well. Will keep this in our daily regime.
