Aside from cleansing my liver nightly and keeping my weight off, my favorite thing about this product is how great I feel when I wake up! I noticed after I started taking Night time fat burner that when I wake up, I am alert and ready. I have no desire to hit the snooze button anymore. That's a good feeling! Not eating any dairy...no breads...not a lot of meat. First thing I take Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals and then Garcinia. Drink water all day long. Eat lots of fruits all day long when I'm hungry. I don't eat much at dinner, just eating light salad and such with protein. I've lost 25-30 lbs in 2 months. It cuts my appetite!!!
