I have been dealing with hot flashes especially at night, waking me up every 2 hours. I have tried several supplements including black cohosh, amberen, and others. Although these diminished the strength of the flashes and helped with my mood, the hot flashes never went away. I started using progesterone cream and within a week my hot flashes disappeared. I am on week 4 (where I don't use it) and still no hot flashes! I am back to sleeping through the night.

Although I'm fairly new to this product I have noticed less cravings during my cycle, better energy, and decreased mood swings. I had some breast tenderness when I started, but that subsided by month 3, so don't give up!

I love this product! It is more than half of the cost of the prescriptions I use to get, more effective...and lasts longer.

I was infertile for many years and I also had post-partum depression after finally becoming pregnant. My midwife told me, after I had my 2nd child using fertility drugs, that I should try topical Progesterone. I did, and it not only completely healed my post-partum depression, several months later, I was pregnant again! And when our third daughter was born, I had no depression, and before she was 1, I was pregnant again! I don't know if this will cure all infertility, but it's sure worth a try!
