Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Check/Money Orders. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. If paying by credit card, enter your billing address the same way your bank has it, or your card authorization may fail. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Payment via check/money order will be held until payment is received and the deposited funds are cleared.

Errors on Pricing

Despite our best efforts, a few items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold on our Site is higher than our stated price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account for the mispriced item.

Sales Taxes

Our online store automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Colorado. You are solely responsible for all sales or other taxes for orders shipped to other states.

Shipping Time

Orders received before noon Mountain Time Monday through Friday will often ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. We reserve the right to partially ship your order for items temporarily out of stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. We ship most of our packages via US Postal Service and/or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery and have no control over when your package will be delivered. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers and cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions.
