Pineapple, Mango, Banana Smoothie with Kale

This fresh smoothie recipe is filled with amazing fruit flavors, including: mango, strawberry and banana! No one will even know that there is a handful of kale hidden in there! It is the perfect start to a day, with the addition of our Protein Plus Superfood powder, which turns a smoothie into a meal!

Ingredients:

12 oz. of filtered water
1/2 tsp. of Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 medium banana
1 scoop of Protein Plus Superfood
handful of Kale
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of vanilla
dash Turmeric

Directions:  

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and combine until smooth. VOILA!  Breakfast is served.
