Cancer Doctor's Favorite Anti-Cancer Meal

Dr Ralph Moss, MD was once head of the Sloan-Kettering Cancer Clinic in New York. He was "banished" for daring to promote an alternative to chemotherapy and radiation as the mainline treatment for cancer.

He now runs a highly informative internet website advising people on the way to fight cancer, naturally, and drug- free, including changes to their diet.

This is his favorite anti-cancer meal. It includes ocean-sourced liquid trace minerals of course.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

3 heads of Bok Choy (available at any oriental market)
1 handful of carefully washed Shiitake mushrooms (may substitute other mushrooms)
2 heads of Broccoli Rabe
1 small bowl of Collard Greens
1 small bowl of Endive, chopped in quarters
1 clove of Garlic, crushed
4 pieces of firm tofu, sliced and quartered
4 bowls steamed brown rice
Saffron and Sesame Oil for seasoning and flavoring
2 tsp. Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals

Directions:

Steam the brown rice and set aside.

Chop the Bok Choy, Broccoli Rabe and Endive into quarters. Delicately clean and slice the Shiitake mushrooms.

In a wok, slightly steam the tofu chunks with a little water and then quickly brown in Sesame Oil. Discard excess oil. Heat a small amount of Saffron oil and all the vegetables to quickly stir fry. Add the Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals and stir thoroughly. Add the tofu, stir, and remove from heat.

Serve over steamed brown rice.
