<p>The first day I took these products it felt like I had just gotten out of a pool and water was draining from my ears.. my head felt clear. I was taking my an allergy spray daily and I don't anymore... another quick thing is I have been sleeping through the night for the first time in a while. Neuropathy has not been bothering me as much at night. I usually had been taking Advil every night before bed. I have only taken it once since using these products.
