I am really pleased with this product. I ordered it for my husband because the Chromemate was out of stock, but I wanted to start him on something to help regulate his blood sugar. He has a challenge with diabetes and has been taking medication for about 6-7 years now. We want to help improve his sugar levels and body's ability to process sugar with less prescribed medication. The Garcinia Chrombogia has been a good start, and I believe that once we get the Chromemate, we will really see further benefits and move closer to reaching that goal. Thank you! Not eating any dairy...no breads...not a lot of meat. First thing I take is Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals and then Garcinia. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit all day long when I'm hungry. I don't eat much at dinner, just a light salad and such with protein. I've lost 25-30# in 2 months. It cuts my appetite!!! Also, I'm taking 4 Night Time Fat Burner capsules before bed, with another 1/2 tsp of Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals. I'm down to 204, I'm thrilled!!!

Wow! This product is AMAZING! Talk about suppressing your appetite - I had to stop taking it as part of my early morning regime, because at 1:30-2:00pm I was trying to figure out why I was so ravished. It works best for me to take it before dinner then there's no urge to snack late night. I have lost 9.5 pounds (from 128 to 118.5) in a couple of months. This product along with Nature's Energy Secret, Liquid Minerals and Probiotic Max has given me some wonderful results!

I like this product. It cuts my appetite like crazy! I used to take it mid-morning, but discovered I would work right through lunch and not be hungry until 2pm or later. Now I keep a bottle on my desk at work and take 2 caps when I'm leaving for the day, which curbs my hunger and helps to keep me from snacking while making dinner.

I love this product because it feels very smooth, it curbs my appetite tremendously, and that is very important, as I am trying to lose weight.
