We have tried others. We found this to be the best mineral complex so far. Great source of magnesium and selenium with a great delivery system. We notice a difference when we forget to take it.

I used this product in the past and just started using it again. Besides giving you energy it is great to use if your gums are swollen and heals cuts really fast. I am not a fan of the taste because it is salty, so I add 20 drops to my morning smoothie.
