I have been using this product for 1 year and have had very good results with it. I have been able to maintain high energy levels. I put it in my protein shake in the morning with fruit.

It's not easy to write any review here as I have only had the product for seven days. However, I am looking forward to seeing some improvement with my nails. I have lots of long ridges on most of my nails, and they split sometimes. I am suspecting a lack of minerals in my body, and this hopefully will benefit me.
