Wayne Garland has been around creating products that exceed others out there for awhile. I've trusted his line for 20yrs. This detox was a challenge, but most are. The pros--I lost just over 7lbs, felt good taking in all fruits and veggies, and had support there at BodyasDoctor whenever I reached out w/questions. Cons--about 3 days in, I got super sick of the soup, even tho I loved it at first (tried adding more of garlic and veggies that would flavor it different by didn't help really), and had headaches every day. I don't drink coffee or soda normally, and eat pretty healthy, so the headaches surprised me. Should have tapered off within a couple days. Detoxing can vary for different people, but ridding the system can result in all sorts of body things.

All in all, I'd do it again, and will...and my husband plans to try it as well.
